We're currently under contract--they accepted our offer but now we're working with the bank to get all the loans in place (those darn bankers are so difficult! hahaha) and we'll have an inspection, etc. Cross your fingers that it all turns out OK!

looks very nice with alot of room! You'll be able to have a really big garden! And lots of room for Emma to run/play! I guess another excuse to come visit. Looks like you're closer to RMNP too!
